ABOUT THE SHOW

Their glory days behind them, three demented warlords spend their twilight years on Laggard Hill... clutching to power, meddling with humans, and staving off retirement.
Lords of Laggard Hill is a hand-drawn comedy series with a 2D cut-out aesthetic, largely inspired by alternative DIY toons from the '90s onward.
Derived from classic motifs in fantasy art history, the Lords were initially created to be nameless avatars for the comedy of showrunner A.P. Laurenson.
The cyclops is stoic and low-key despite his fierce strength. The bird-man is studious and pragmatic, while the skeleton pirate is erratic and bullheaded to a fault.
Each instalment finds them facing a new adventure (or disaster), including botched vacations, deadly street racing, paranormal conflicts and struggles with cooking.
After launching with a sitcom format, the series developed further with streaming parodies and various special features. No AI is used at any stage of production.
